Fee clarity
On the Performance tier there is no management fee. We earn only on returns above your previous peak — the high-water mark. It ratchets up on new peaks and never down, so we never charge twice for the same ground.
The performance fee is 20% of the gain above that mark, billed quarterly. If we don’t clear your previous peak, we don’t earn the fee for that quarter.
What STAXIS does not charge
Trading fees on your exchange or DEX slippage are paid by you, per your venue’s fee schedule. We add no surcharge on top.
Frequently asked
Yes. Free paper mode requires no payment information and no commitment. You connect a wallet or exchange in paper mode and see the architecture and swarms in action with no real capital at risk.
All retail tiers (Pro, Plus, Power) cancel any time, with no exit fee or lockup. The Performance tier (qualified clients) cancels any time without exit fee; performance fees already accrued are billed at the next quarterly cycle. Enterprise has contract-defined exit terms.
20% of positive returns above your high-water mark, billed quarterly. The high-water mark rises only on positive performance, never on negative. If we don’t make you money above your previous peak, we don’t earn the performance fee for that quarter.
At the end of each calendar quarter:
For the first 10 qualified clients in Phase 1, the performance fee is 16% (instead of 20%) and permanent for the engagement. For the first 3 Enterprise customers, we offer 30–40% off base in Year 1 in exchange for a 12-month commitment and a reference-customer agreement.
Other than these design-partner offers, our prices are not subject to ad-hoc discounting. The transparency is the policy.
Retail tiers (Pro, Plus, Power) via credit card on Stripe. The Performance tier via wire or USDC. Enterprise via wire, USDC, or USDT (contract denominated in USD).
No. The published price is the price. STAXIS does not charge:
Trading fees on your exchange (Coinbase, Kraken, Gemini) or DEX slippage are paid by you, separately, per your venue’s fee schedule. We have no surcharge on top.
Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Tier changes do not affect existing swarm subscriptions — if downgrading from Plus to Pro, you choose which one swarm to retain.
