STAXIS does not currently operate in New York State pending BitLicense (23 NYCRR 200) considerations. We are sorry — this is a compliance discipline, not a preference.
You can stay informed via the public Calibration Report subscription if you would like to be notified when our New York posture changes.
§ 02
STAXIS is gating California pending DFAL (Digital Financial Assets Law) compliance. The compliance deadline is July 1, 2026; we are working with counsel on our DFAL posture and will reopen California once cleared.

We cannot provide services in OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions. This is a US embargo we are required to honour.
§ 04
